At ISN, we’ve been busy making some updates to our Online Scheduler, all designed to keep your business running smoothly and give homebuyers the clarity they deserve. The latest changes? We’ve added transparency around Package and Service fees and beefed up how FlexFund eligibility is handled – because let’s be honest, no one likes confusion.
What’s new?
First up, we tackled fee transparency. After hearing from some of our customers, we realized that how Package and Service fees in Online Scheduler are presented – especially when a homebuyer is paying $0 upfront with FlexFund – was causing some unwanted confusion. Homebuyers didn’t know the full cost of their inspection, which led to more calls to your office and, in some cases, lost business to competitors who were clearer with their pricing.
So, we fixed it. Now, if you charge $0 upfront with FlexFund, the Package and Service fees are clearly shown in the Online Scheduler, giving homebuyers full visibility into the cost of their inspection. No more surprises, no more extra phone calls – just clear, easy-to-understand pricing.
FlexFund, but smarter
We didn’t stop there. We’ve also improved how FlexFund eligibility is checked in the Online Scheduler. Before, if a homebuyer removed a service or package from their cart, it could drop the total below the minimum amount needed for FlexFund eligibility, but nobody noticed (until it was too late). The result? Incorrect orders that had to be fixed later.
Now ISN automatically checks the total when changes are made, and if the minimum threshold isn’t met, FlexFund is removed, and you’re alerted right away. Fewer headaches, less chasing down incorrect orders, and way easier transactions for everyone involved.
At ISN, we’re always listening to what you need and finding ways to make life easier. These updates are all about helping you work more efficiently and keeping your clients happy – because happy clients are repeat clients.
