How it started
ISN was launched in 2002 by Chris Schuld and Dan Huber, who wanted to make it easier for home inspectors to grow their businesses through the power of modern software.
How it’s going
Today, ISN is America’s most popular business software suite for home inspectors. We process over two million inspections every year – accounting for nearly a quarter of all homes sold in the United States – and we support inspection businesses of all sizes.
Where we’re headed
ISN became part of the Porch house of brands in 2021, and we’ve been hard at work expanding our technology’s features and functionality – and its ability to integrate with your favorite software – ever since. In 2023, we launched ISN’s first native report writer.
We care about the inspection community and are always looking to improve on our software with your valued feedback. Our goal is to make the lives of inspectors easier and to help them grow their businesses.

Adam Long
Adam Long leads strategy, partnerships, and growth for the most widely used report writing and business management platform for home inspection companies. He brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate and home services to the role. Previously, Adam served as President of HomeTeam Inspection Service, helping to build it into one of the most recognized brands in the industry, earning a No. 1 ranking on Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500 list. That experience spans working with everyone from solo inspectors just getting started to large, multi-inspector firms running enterprise operations, giving Adam a clear view of what inspection businesses of every size need to grow.
Will Singer
Will Singer leads Inspection Support Network, Palmtech, and Home Inspector Pro. In 1998, he created Palmtech Home Inspection Software, which was acquired by Porch in 2020. Will has more than 25 years of software experience in home inspection and three decades of software company management experience. His passion is to empower home inspectors with software that makes their lives easier and helps them grow their businesses.
Aaron Fuhriman
Aaron Fuhriman oversees Inspector Services Group (ISG), Guardian Payments, and America’s Call Center (ACC). Aaron founded Guardian in 2000 and spent nearly two decades building the company and serving the home inspection industry before Guardian was acquired by Porch in 2018. A Boise State University graduate, Aaron began his career as a high school teacher before making the jump into entrepreneurship and has now spent more than 25 years working with home inspectors. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in the industry as a business owner, speaker, educator, and advocate for inspection companies. Today, Aaron’s focus is on helping home inspectors grow their businesses through technology, payments, warranties, call center services, and other solutions designed specifically for the industry.
Chris Schuld
Chris Schuld is the Director of Engineering for Inspection, and leads engineering across Inspection Support Network, Home Inspector Pro, Palmtech, America’s Call Center, Guardian Inspection Payments, and Inspector Services Group. Chris co-founded Inspection Support Network in 2002, writing much of the original code himself, to make it easier for home inspectors to grow their businesses through the power of modern software. Chris has spent time as an engineer at top technology companies such as chip giant Intel and overseen engineering at Wix.com, one of the largest web platforms in the world. He has a passion for AI and how to incorporate this fast-changing technology into the Inspection Support Network to make inspectors’ lives easier and help them grow their businesses faster.
Rod Browning
Rod Browning leads the teams responsible for helping inspection companies grow and get more value from Porch’s products, services, and technology. Rod has a long history with Porch, having previously served in sales leadership during an important period of the company’s growth before returning to lead revenue for the inspection business. He is passionate about the home inspection industry and the opportunity to combine technology, data, and AI with practical solutions that help inspection companies operate more efficiently and grow their businesses.
Ashley Brown
Ashley Brown was born and raised in Atlanta, GA, and joined Porch in 2023. With more than 20 years of rich experience in leadership roles at both Fortune 50 companies and startups, Ashley brings a unique blend of skills in marketing, public relations, and digital strategy. His proven expertise in scaling operations and launching innovative marketing
campaigns helps ISN expand its reach and enhance our services. He lives in Seattle, WA and enjoys swimming, racquetball, and gardening.
Aaron Ziomek
Aaron “AZ” Ziomek leads customer support, training, onboarding, account management, and technical support. Prior to this role, AZ spent 11 years in sales and operations at a major telecom provider, supporting consumer and SMB customers before moving on to become General Manager of America’s Call Center. As Head of Inspector Success, AZ’s top priority is making it easy for customers to do business with ISN by removing obstacles, simplifying operations, and creating strategic partnerships that add to the value ISN already provides to its customers. AZ enjoys gardening, shooting, golf, and hockey (he is an avid Chicago Blackhawks fan).
