You’ve seen him behind the mic – guest co-hosting, dropping knowledge, and delivering some of the most memorable lines in The Ride Along’s history. Now it’s official: Matt Brading is joining the podcast full time as co-host.
Matt brings eight years of inspection experience and a strong voice from the field. As the owner of Texas Edge Home Inspections [link] and a Certified Master Inspector, he’s built a thriving business and an audience of more than 300,000 followers across TikTok and Instagram, thanks to his relatable, educational, and often hilarious take on home inspections. You may also know him as the creator of It’s Not Supposed to Do That – a video series that’s become a fan favorite across the industry.

The Ride Along was built to give inspectors a platform to share stories, tools and ideas that help move the industry forward. In just over a year, nearly 16,000 subscribers have tuned in – so it felt like the right time to take things up a notch.
With Matt officially on board, you can expect more trade talk, more tool breakdowns, and more conversations home inspectors will dig. We’re also bringing the show to Inspection Fuel, Sept. 8-10 in New Orleans – be sure to register so you can come say hi and hang out with Matt, Brad, and the crew.
