What changed in the ISN native app login process?
Users can now log in with:
- Company key
- Username
- Password
This replaces the previous email lookup workflow, which could create confusion for users who were unsure which email address was tied to their account.
After signing in, users are prompted to enable Face ID or fingerprint authentication for faster access moving forward.
If users work across multiple ISN company keys, the app can remember biometric login separately for each account.
Why did ISN update the login experience?

ISN also found that biometric login was underused because many users did not realize it was available inside the app. The updated flow brings that option front and center during login.
