If you have the current Real Estate Dashboard enabled in ISN – you can continue using it. However, AgentHub is our new and improved real estate agent dashboard experience and provides far more value. We also heard feedback on the login experience: while some AgentHub features do require login, core features like report access and initial estimates do not. We also offer more convenient login options via Google, Microsoft, and Apple.
Repair estimates are localized to specific ZIP codes – not national averages. They are optional for agents, and homebuyers will not see any estimates unless an agent shares them. Agents also have the ability to adjust and edit estimates to best reflect the realities of their specific markets. No inspector is charged for estimates – they are included with your ISN account.
